About the CBID 1.0 Project:

The Community Based Inclusive Development (CBID 1.0) Project in Dang district aims to enhance the quality of life for persons with disabilities. The project promotes inclusion through work with Self-Help Groups (SHGs), Ward-level Disability Coordination Committees (WDCCs), ward-level government agencies, rural municipality-level OPDs, health facilities, and rural municipality-level government agencies. Activities include awareness-raising, knowledge-sharing on disability issues, healthcare advocacy for persons with disabilities, and strengthening Primary Rehabilitation Therapy (PRT) skills of health workers and project staff.

Assessment Scope:

The consultant will conduct an independent disability inclusive assessment covering the project's effectiveness in promoting inclusion, strengthening community structures, improving PRT services, and enhancing the quality of life for persons with disabilities in Dang district.
