About INF Nepal and this project:

International Nepal Fellowship is one of the country's longest-serving INGOs. It works across the poorer western half of Nepal to improve health and quality of life, including for people affected by conditions that still carry heavy stigma, such as leprosy, fistula and disability. Its Health and Hospital Services (HHS) division is running a project called Strengthening Rights and Improving Social Inclusion for Disadvantaged Population Groups in Western Nepal, in Kailali and Bardiya districts.

What the assignment is:

INF wants a consulting firm or individual consultant to run the project's mid-term evaluation. The idea is to take stock at the halfway point: what is working, what is not, and what should change for the rest of the project. The work is expected to run from July to September 2026. The full scope, the methodology INF expects, the deliverables and the consultant qualifications are all laid out in the ToR and the instruction document, both of which you can download.

Who can apply and how:

The call is open to consulting firms and individual consultants. To take part, pick up the EOI document (either from the Drive links or in person from Shining Hospital INF Nepal Banke in Janaki Rural Municipality Ward 6) and email your EOI to the two addresses listed. The deadline is July 20, 2026 at 4:30 PM, with the usual holiday rule if that day is a public holiday.

Why it is worth a look for Nepal:

This is a paid evaluation job, and a good match for Nepali M&E and research consultants and firms, especially anyone who has done rights-based, disability or social-inclusion evaluations and can get a team into the field in the western Terai. INF is a well-established, trusted organisation, and a mid-term evaluation is a clear, well-defined piece of work. A few things to keep in mind: the fee is worked out through the selection process rather than published up front, the window is tight (July to September), and the deadline is only days away.

Who should apply:

  • Nepali consulting firms and individual consultants with a track record in mid-term or final evaluations.
  • Strong M&E methods, and a feel for rights, inclusion or disability programming, who can field a team in Kailali and Bardiya inside the July to September 2026 window.
