About This Engagement:

Habitat for Humanity Nepal is seeking to engage a qualified and experienced Human Resources Recruitment Service Provider on a retainer basis. The selected firm will support the organisation by delivering professional, transparent, and efficient recruitment services in line with Habitat Nepal's mission, values, safeguarding commitments, and operational requirements. The engagement aims to ensure consistent and high-quality recruitment support that strengthens workforce planning, enhances organisational effectiveness, and promotes fair and inclusive hiring practices.

Five Service Areas:

  • Recruitment Planning and Vacancy Management — Reviewing approved recruitment requests, posting vacancies through appropriate platforms, networks, and professional channels.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Screening — Sourcing candidates through databases, networks, referrals, and targeted outreach. Conducting executive search and head-hunting for senior, specialised, or hard-to-fill positions. Preparing longlists and shortlists. Conducting initial screening including CV reviews and preliminary assessments.
  • Selection Process Support — Facilitating written tests, interviews, and other assessments. Coordinating interview panel logistics. Managing reference checks, background verification, and candidate follow-up.
  • Recruitment Service Modalities — Complete recruitment services covering the full cycle from vacancy announcement to final selection. Partial recruitment services covering specific stages as requested by Habitat Nepal. Payroll facilitation for outsourced trainees with monthly payments.
  • Coordination and Reporting — Maintaining regular communication with HR & Admin Team. Providing timely status updates and documentation. Ensuring all processes comply with Habitat Nepal's policies, safeguarding standards, and applicable labour laws.

Contract Details:

Duration: Initially 2 years with possibility of extension based on performance.

Delivery mode: Remote.

Payment: Invoiced upon completion of each service.

Habitat Nepal provides approved recruitment requests, job descriptions, HR policies, safeguarding guidelines, and coordination support. Habitat Nepal representatives participate in interview panels and final selection decisions.

Services to Be Quoted Separately:

Firms must provide separate fees for each service: recruitment planning, vacancy notice, executive search/head-hunting, application screening, shortlisting, selection process, reference check, trainee payroll facilitation, complete recruitment service (vacancy to final selection), partial recruitment service (specific stages only), and any other related recruitment services. This modular pricing approach allows Habitat Nepal to engage services flexibly based on specific needs.
